HTC Desire HD is one of the best smartphone on Android platform. HTC desire range has two phones which include the Desire Z and Desire HD.The HTC Desire has 4.3- inch display, there are four touch-sensitive buttons below the screen Home, Menu, Back and Search. It has Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), Bluetooth (2.1+EDR) and GPS and it supports a new 1GHz processor from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon QSD8255. It runs on Android Froyo 2.2, 768MB of RAM and 1.5GB of internal storage, an 8GB microSD card.

It comes with an 8 megapixels camera with dual LED flash and HD video recording up to 720p. The HTC Desire HD uses a 1,230mAh battery but HTC claims that it can provide up to 550 minutes (9.2 hours) of talk and 420 hours on standby.

The handset has ambient light sensor and proximity sensor, Wi-Fi b/g/n, (which allows user to share its 3G connection with up to five Wi-Fi clients) Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, GPS and a digital compass. It is integrated with social networking sites like Facebook, Flicker and Twitter.
